Yes you can store it, and I have also heard of people filing up a bunch of syringes and storing it right in them as they claimed that the vial can get contaminated or whatever. Plus with young birds, and birds which have never been vaccinated it's 2 shots in the first year (so your 20 turns into 40 doses right off the bat). They get the first shot and then after some time (I forget the length) they get a booster shot. Having said that, I no longer vaccinate (my personal choice). I no longer race, no longer show, and don't bring in new birds anymore (don't let anyone walk into my lofts either). It's something which is up to the person. Someone who will be bringing in a lot of new birds, or racing, or attending shows, or has a lot of feral birds around... well then it's probably a good idea to vaccinate against PMV and possibly paratyphoid also. Years ago I didn't believe in the vaccines and then during racing my whole team came down with PMV... well I lost all the birds to it and then after that painful lesson decided to start vaccinating. Now however, as I said I no longer do any of those things and made the choice to not do it anymore. It is a painful memory, but taking the chance that it doesn't happen again...But what if you have around 20 birds like me, can you use part and store the rest? I did not think you could.I haven't ever vaccinated my birds but I have thought about it?
