IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE A GUESS HOW MANY CONTEST HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
Everyone who set eggs to hatch on or around Valentine's Day will/should send a PM saying how many eggs they set. Your goal is to guess how many eggs total that is, or in other words how many eggs total everyone in the HAL set.

For purposes of this contest everyone who set eggs whether they offically joined the contest before the set date or not counts!

The reason the contest is being re-done is because dragonclaw has not been on BYC for almost 2 weeks now andf at this point it looks like we either re-do the contest with a prize of our own or that contest will be canceled. We decided to re-do the contest because it isnt fair to everyone who spent time guessing and PM'ing how many set to not have a contest because the person running it can't be found.

I do have not pips but I do have lots of peeps!! I love to hear them peep before they hatch. This is my first hatch with my new Brinsea and it has been worth every penny. I did not realize how much work my homemade incubator was and what a relief it is to not worry about the hatching conditions. Lockdown was always stressful, I was so afraid that I would not keep it regulated and kill them all. This has been my smoothest hatch ever and they have not even hatched.

SO excited! My chick that got stuck hatching, with it's head and one foot out... is all straightened out, no more floppy neck... it looks like a proper little chick. RAH!

it was really gross to see a naked neck chick with it's head tucked under the wing through the zipp hole...

Update:

The girl came home and within minutes we heard PEEPS! So exciting.

Still only the one pip, so we are settling in for a fun weekend of watching and waiting....and listening, lol!
