Valley or Gambels quail breeders in california

well...sadly my mom wont let me get any more chickens. she says i have enough (1 bantam roo, 2 cochin pullets) yes, 3 is aparently waaaayyyyy to many. put she said i call have quails. so do u knnow some breeders or r u one that has them for a good price. (chicks, adults) idk about eggs i dont have an incubator
