I'm ending day 18 with 3 of my Blue Andalusian eggs, 3 of my EE eggs, and 3 Welsummer eggs from a trade...those ones look clear, but they are so dark that I'm leaving them in just in case. I saw movement in the 6 eggs from my backyard flock.

Hopefully there will be 6 or more new chicks in the next few days.

I've divided my bator in half though with a wire wall, b/c 5 of Marie's Silkie eggs (they are all growing and moving) that arrived late (thanks USPS) are on day 14 and still turning and 7 Guinea eggs (from another trade) are on day 18 too, but have to turn for another week. Sounds confusing. Despite my best laid plans to have all the eggs arrive on the same day or at least 1 day apart, they didn't, so I've got another staggered hatch. Hopefully, some from each batch will hatch in there. Will post again soon with an update.

First ever hatch - help me out - I've got 12 button quail eggs in the bator. Day 17 is the 17th. I'm mathematically challenged. Do I open for the last time on the 13th and get the humidity up? Do I raise the temp or am I ok at 99?

i'm hatching my own babies out this round. i got purebreed buff orps so far 3 have hatched today and 5 pure buff brahmas have hatched out too. still got eggs and pips going yet. i'll probably wake up to babies again,lol. they always seem to hatch at night when i'm sleeping.

i have to check the bator to see who and when next eggs get moved to the hatcher.

so glad to hear vamp is ok, we all miss her lots and worry about her!

I'm on day 19 today, and temps and humidity are okay, but nothing yet.

I'm on my 2nd day of my first hatch i got nine eggs shiiped in and im hoping atleast a few will hatch id like all nine to but im sure thats rare. im a nerves wreak id hate to see me on day 21
