Venison Roast

A fellow shot an 8 point buck behind our place on Sunday and gave it to us. The local butcher had it done by Monday night and we had a pretty decent roast tonight. I threw some stuff in the crockpot this morning and it turned out so well I thought I'd share:

4 lb venison roast
4 cups water
1 cup vinegar
2 packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS Lawry's garlic salt (couldn't find any garlic)
1/2 TBS cayenne


I really wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it had a good adobo flavor to it and everybody raved about it.
