Hi all
Seems like I'm always on here asking questions.
I have a hen who appears to have vent gleet. She's got crusty white stuff around her vent that doesn't smell great. Tried an Epsom salt soak last night and this morning and it didn't help much but did remove the looser bits.
She also seems to have a prolapse.
I'm at a loss at how to treat this. I thought she was broody and realized last night when checking her on the roost that she's sick.
She's isolated from the flock in a dog crate. Any advice would be helpful. Going to a vet is not an option. Can get pics tonight.
Thank you!
