Following this thread, I see no one has replied yet-
When did she last lay, do you know?
What is her living area like? How much space/how many chickens?
Poor girl, it does look very sore. I don't keep chickens, but hopefully we get some answers soon. @azygous @casportpony @Wyorp Rock @Isadora
Is a vet an option?

If there is no discharge, it's not vent gleet. If she's walking funny, she may have ascites, liver disease. When she walks, are her legs far apart? Compare to your other chickens.

The redness, though, could point to a reproductive infection. Have her eggs ever been thin-shelled or lacking a shell? Has she stopped laying?

I agree, no discharge, so unlikely she has Vent Gleet.

The tissue does look irritated, Nu Stock Cream or Hen Healer can be applied to the skin to help soothe and heal the skin. It does look like she's been picked at a bit, but she may be having some reproductive issues as well.

Hey last time I seen her lay was 2 days she does keep going into the nest box but nt laying I did check couldn't feel a egg did give her warm bath with Epsom salts and upped calcium a bit anyways plenty space 13 hens 2 coops and very large run she's second top in pecking order vet unfortunately a option xx
