Hi,
Yesterday we noticed that one of our hens(2.5 yrs old) had white liquid oozing out from the vent. She is active and eating normally. We did clean the area with some water.
Today, there is still some white liquid coming out but at one point, i noticed internal tissue protruding(looked like a small ball shape) which went back by itself. It also feels like she is trying to lay an egg but unable to and in pain as she does make a very different sound, (but not all the time. )
I am not sure if this is vent gleet or prolapse? Or could she be egg bound?
Should we start giving epsom salt bath regardless and isolate her?
