Vent gleet?

New to chickens this year... Is this smelly stuff a sign of vent gleet?

No local vets that work with chickens :( it is super stinky slime poop or so it seems
Is she eating?

I'm afraid she may need antibiotics.
That poop is not normal along with a funky smell leads me to believe infection.

How long has she been pooping like this?
 
I would wash the vent area with soapy water and rinse well. Then dry her off well. Vent gleet usually causes a reddened area, scalded skin, with whitish plaques. There is usually a continuous flow of fowl smelling whitish poop. Tomorrow, I would try to take some fresh droppings in to the local vet for a fecal test. Make sure to provide fresh clean water, and some probiotics in her diet. Look for any poops that may contain egg material. Is she laying eggs that look normal? Here is some reading about gleet:
