I think you need to start by catching her and cleaning her up.

I watched her eat well today but she was definitely not as perky as normal. I believe today is day 3 like that but I will admit I don't always get home in time to do a thorough check on all the girls before dark so not completely positive. Is she eating?
I'm afraid she may need antibiotics.
That poop is not normal along with a funky smell leads me to believe infection.
How long has she been pooping like this?
I'm gonna take your word on it.!Unless it smells like a bakery in July it isn't gleet. Gleet smells like yeast and butt.
I'm gonna take your word on it.!

I don't believe she has begun to lay yet. From what I could see there wasn't any egg material but I'll get her bathed and take a closer look. No reddened area that I could see initially either. I'll try to post back after I get her cleaned up.I would wash the vent area with soapy water and rinse well. Then dry her off well. Vent gleet usually causes a reddened area, scalded skin, with whitish plaques. There is usually a continuous flow of fowl smelling whitish poop. Tomorrow, I would try to take some fresh droppings in to the local vet for a fecal test. Make sure to provide fresh clean water, and some probiotics in her diet. Look for any poops that may contain egg material. Is she laying eggs that look normal? Here is some reading about gleet:
