10 week turken pullet. Started having runny/pasty white poop yesterday evening that is continuing today. Is this vent gleet or something else? No experience with this yet. I believe she also was pecked around her vent as its red and slightly inflamed. Could the stress from this be causing the abnormal pooping instead?

It could be vent gleet. Does it smell rank? Vent gleet can cause irritation of the skin around the vent, but if there's any broken skin and scabbing, she may have been picked on.

Is she acting sick? Lethargic? Weak? Loss of appetite? If so, it may be from something else.

Here's a product I use to treat vent gleet. https://www.jedds.com/shop/medistatin/

It smells pretty bad lol. I think she may have also been pecked at. She's eating and drinking fine, and walking around. Not weak, she tries to fight me every time I pick her up haha. Just bathed her and her vent is bubbling a clear/milky fluid. Gave her yogurt and used topical antifungal cream. This picture is from after the bath. Looks bad :(

It looks like her vent is damaged from picking. The white is urates that are "leaking" from the vent due to the damage.
I would soak her in epsom salts, chlorhexdine or diluted betadine - apply a triple antibiotic ointment to the tissue.
Hopefully she will heal up with not problems.

If the other pullet is having similar problems - likely the cause is damage to the vent and not just the tail feathers too. Here's your other thread.

The other pullet is not having the same problem, just this girl. I have been cleaning her wth betadine and using Vetricyn. Should I just continue this and not use the antifungal right now, or do both?

I would do both. Using an antifungal isn't a huge medical intervention, and if it's vent gleet, maybe it will help, although I haven't had any luck treating vent gleet with a topical antifungal. Nystatin given orally is the only thing that's ever worked.

It won't hurt to add the antifungal cream too.
Hopefully she will heal and the leaking will stop.
I think I would offer some probiotics or give her a little buttermilk with white cooked rice as a treat. See that her crop is completely emptying overnight as well.

Update: she is still leaking urates, the wounds around her vent are healing nicely, but she is forming a hard crusty scab on her vent which is pulling away from healthy tissue. Should I soak and try to remove scab or leave it to heal on its own. Adding pictures so you can see. The blue on her skin is from the hen healer I was using on her other wounds.

You may want to keep her separated until she heals and also make sure that flies do not lay eggs in that open wound
