Could this be vent gleet ? We removed her from the flock last night because she just keeps losing feathers and has hardly any feathers near her vent and it’s very red there too. She has very poopy feathers around there too, we trimmed those feathers with scissors last night. There’s nothing stinky leaking out of her vent.
We don’t understand why she has no feathers everywhere else. We do know that her back and shoulder feathers are gone because of our rooster....we just spectated him from the flock to give the girls a break. Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated! We also have a hen laying soft eggs...we thought it was this one but she just laid a hard egg.

Ask your vet about treating for worms, coccidia, and bacterial/fungal infections.
