Is she still straining and having a hard time pooping?
I would speculate that she's got infection and possible lash material she's trying to pass, but it's so hard to know.

yes she is still straining. And what she is pooping is a white milky looking liquid. I haven’t seen anything that looks Like a lash egg but that probably doesn’t mean anything. Another BYC member suggested early on, months ago, that my hen probably had an ovary problem.

Maybe I will just try to make her as comfortable as possible and not put either of us through the antibiotic course again. 😩 Do you think it is really necessary to have a necropsy done?
Thanks again for your help.

If she's declining, it may be better to make her comfortable and see how it goes.
It was hard on both of you having to go through what you did.

You only have the one other hen right? The only reason to have a necropsy would be to hopefully get more answers/have a "name" for the condition that is afflicting her.
Sadly reproductive disorders are common in laying hens. I've had a few bounce back for a few months only to decline as the condition progresses. I viewed the time they had as a gift (just a little more time with them!) but ultimately there's no cure and all good things come to an end.
Is it her time? That's yet to be seen. Maybe. She may rally again for a while longer or continue to fail.

Of course you are right. It’s funny or fascinating or maybe weird how I have become so attached to each of my birds.

Today I was sitting outside with the two hens and we weren’t doing anything. None of us. I was sitting in my chair, Blondie was resting on the ground and Chick-chick was standing. The two girls were sort of dozing on and off and I was just watching them. Nothing more. And in the moment I was thinking...this is really lovely. How simple and how great.

Thanks for your wise words. I’ll keep you posted.
