It looks fine she's pooing normalish but because she's pecked out and I've trimmed a lot of feathers she's still getting white poo stuck around the vent but it's no longer swollen or red

I would apply a protectant to the skin.
Hen healer, Nu Stock or a similar product will work well.

White poo is Urates so it will burn the skin.

You might consider applying pure virgin coconut oil - it has anti-fungal properties, and will last longer. Even Vaseline would protect the skin & last longer.

Ok thank you. But what if the poo gets stuck in it still
