Can someone post a picture of what anti fungal cream is ok to use for a chicken with vent gleet? So many options and I can’t figure out which one is ok to use.

Yes and she needs to take some by mouth. I'll link the best article I've found on vent issues. I think you'll find it helpful.

How to treat sour crop and impacted crop and how to know which one you're dealing with
Ok so I need help. I haven’t been able to get the anti fungal cream yet and I feel terrible but everything has been crazy. Plus it seemed like she was getting better.
Here’s a little backstory on this chicken. First of all she’s not mine. Somone is taking care of about 17 white leghorn chickens. They’re in a large coop but because of current circumstances they don’t get anything but food and water. None of them seem very healthy. One day we noticed that one of them had blood on her backside. It was running down her legs. She wasn’t injured. We caught her and put her in a little kennel in our backyard. The next day flies were gravitating to her so we hosed her off. Over the next few days she seemed to be better but she had poop stuck to her feathers. I took her in and gave her a bath and she actually seemed to enjoy it. I got as much of it off as I could and I trimmed her feathers around the area but she had it stuck to her skin. I took a q-tip with some Vaseline to try to loosen it. As I was doing it gross stuff started coming out of her vent. It was whitish clear and it smelled. I about gagged so I decided to give her a break. I ended up clipping one wing and let her loose with our own chickens. She was very skittish but seemed ok. My hope was that if she could move around and take dust baths maybe that would help. Then another one of the leghorns had a something going on with her leg. She was limping real bad so I brought her over as well.

A few days later we went to put both of them in a coop and my dad noticed on the one that she had stuff oozing from her vent and he noticed the smell. I looked it up and saw that it was vent gleet. At that point we started keeping those 2 chickens separate from our own. The next day we gave her a bath and I realized she’s covered in mites. She had a chunk of stuff stuck right in her vent. My dad used a q-tip and gently removed it. She let out a sound and stuff came rushing out. So gross!! But also really sad. Next day I got probiotics and put it in their water. Day after that apple cider vinegar in their water and yogurt mixed with some scratch.

I finally had a bigger coop open up so I cleaned it out and put fresh dirt, DE and wood ash everywhere along with some dried herbs. We gave them both a bath. After you sent that article about sour crop we felt of both of their crops. The one with the leg injury was squishy. I was happy to see that there wasn’t much to clean off on the chicken with the vent gleet but after feeling her crop we realized she’s skin and bones. I gave her more yogurt and she ate it. I’ll be monitoring her a little more to see if she’s eating her feed. Any suggestions? Will the anti fungal cream help at this point or is there something else? She seems pretty active. I just feel so bad for her.

Sorry for the lengthy post. I’m just looking for any suggestions at this point because I have no idea what to do.
