Can you please post photos of your hen, her poop and her vent?

I've been treating with monostat religiously for weeks.. minor improvement.. now her poops are super smelly.. could it be coccidiosis? Sorry if I spelled that wrong. Should i try corid? It's getting frustrating to see her like this.

Hi..I have a Rhode island red that has vent gleet.. I've been soaking and cleaning her and treating with monostat, apple cider Vinegar in water for 3 weeks now.. she is looking better but not totally clear. What else can I try.

When is the last time she laid an egg?

Can you get a photo of the vent? I see a bit of liquid on her feathers, but no thick white pasty discharge that would indicate vent gleet.
How is she acting overall - does she act sick?

She doesn't act sick.. she's up and about..I have her inside due to the discharge and the freezing temps.. she's in my basement.. she seems to have taken a turn for the worse since yesterday.. still acting fine but vent looks worse and she's dropping feathers like crazy. Here's a pic of the vent today.. she hasn't laid an egg for about a week. I feel just awful for her and I'm at my wits end of what else to do.

Have you been using the monistat topically and orally? Have you given her some probiotics?

Yes on both the monistat and probiotics

She's dropping feathers? Could she be molting?

If she's not lethargic, then I'd try giving her an epsom salts soak. The vent does look a bit swollen. Hard to know what's happening with her.
