Needing advice for my Ameraucana girl. We noticed her limping very slightly yesterday. I checked her over and could not see or feel anything usual. Today I notice she was still limping very slightly so had another check and saw this at her vent. When I examined a small amount of pretty much clear liquid came out and her vent was slightly prolapsed as in the picture. I snapped a quick photo and went to get some gloves to check her out further when I got there her vent appeared normal again. I haven’t seen this ever in my flock and am looking for advice on whether I should intervene or observe a little longer? She is eating, drinking and hanging out with her flock (10 other girls and a roo). I see no evidence of anyone picking on her. She is 6 months old...started laying 3 weeks ago and laid yesterday. Many thanks.

How is she doing now?
If she's not laid an egg today or has not pooped, then you may want to feel for an egg.
It may be a soft shelled egg that's hard to expel.

I think I would get some extra calcium into her for a couple of days. 1/2 tablet Caltrate with D3 would be good.

Thanks so much. She settled in to roost with the rest tonight. I will check for an egg and get some extra calcium in her in the morning and will bring her inside to keep an eye on for a couple days. I usually give my girls a nice warm Epsom soak bath if they become egg bound. Would that be okay for her if her vent is as it is in the photo?

She looks fine and laid a perfectly beautiful egg this morning! Thank you for your suggestions. I will be keeping a close eye on her for the next while.
