I can spray it with the antibacterial stuff?It doesnt work that way that will mess up the tract etc and cause infection

I think you missed a post or two somewhere along the way.Briefly, though the second and first photo looked much different. The first photo looks very alarming, I agree. But the second photo looks like a large prolapse.

A vent prolapse is caused by a blockage. Egg binding usually. If not treated egg binding can turn into a vent prolapse which is what you're seeing.What is wrong with her is this normal for vent prolapse?
