I think I'm gonna end up putting up most of the hardware cloth and paint myself. If I can just get them to finish all the stuff I can't do on my own I'll be happy.

It depends on what you want to have your coop look like i had a old clubhouse i use to hold my chickens in i wired off the sofit and it had 2 windows in it so i left them with just that much more ventilation and i also hung a fan in it if it was to hot in the summer i would start it and it would also keep them cool i had 50 to 80 birds in that coop also so i run it at night when they all got put up more then in the day but i would turn it on if calling for 90 +weather but thats all the ventilation i had was 3 inch sofit on two sides and 2 windows on 2 different sides and they did great
