Is this enough ventilation? There is a ridge vent that is almost 2” wide that runs length of coop, about 6’6”. Also, corrugated tin roof has ‘gaps’ that are open along roof line. I know the rule of thumb is, 1sqft of ventilation per bird (I have six Hens). Just the ridge vent meets the 1sqft per bird requirement, albeit not a large opening, but a narrow vent for moisture to escape. So, is this suffient?

Your ridge vent only offers 1.08 sq ft of ventilation. But it won't really work well without soffit and/or gable vents or an open pop door to drive the flow of air.
Can you cut the sheathing off the framing above the black line on both the gable ends and cover it with 1/2" hardware cloth? During cold weather, you can add baffles to direct the air straight up to prevent drafts on the birds.

I’m sure I can do that. (With the help of one unwilling husband 😂) thank you. Gotta keep my girls safe!

What is the last pic?
It's very fuzzy, and funky, when enlarged.

Might want to remove this soffit piece.
Not sure how it's built, pics of that area from the inside might help.

That is the front of the coop above the door. I have decided to cut a section on each side about 9” x 24”, and a smaller vent at each end, 6” x 12”. This will give me ventilation all the way around.
