Very bad frostbite on a hen

hey put Vaseline on them do it at least 3 or 4 times a day and just keep a close watch how many birds in the coop ? and the size of it please ?
I would have to measure, but it is a 25 bird coop with 26 inside. She is one of the old girls and they will be culled in the spring, so the numbers should go down to 22 in a 25 bird coop. That said, I just want to keep her comfortable until the spring.

Didnt have time to take pics, but looked around and in coop. There is a 3 in gap between roof and wall, ( it does hang over wall ) and some cobwebs on ceiling was slowing moving, so I think it’s not that. I wonder if she is not roosting with the others, because when I check the coop and boxes for eggs there’s a nesting spot in the straw always. It’s about a foot deep. Also her comb hangs past her eye and beak, wondering how she sees. She always acts a little crazy, maybe that’s why? On a good note she ran around the basement and even played with an orange ball, lol. Her comb tips look better. But we just got 3 more inches, along the 3 we already had so I’m keeping her in a couple more days. Hope this wasn’t to long lol.

just watch real close when she goes back so she doers not get reduced and others pick on her

Ok, now she’s better and ready to go outside, so I put her back today. My red hen started picking at her right away, so I brought the red hen in, just wondering how long before I try to put her back. I read once to do that with an aggressive hen, but can’t remember if it was a day or two.

bring the dog crate out set it in the run so she can be seen not touched after about 4 days take her in the coop at night let her roost with the others but then she should be alright
