Very sick chicken help please

She is better today eating and drinking. Her eye is open bur still swollen on her bottom eyelid. She still is light as a feather. Skin and bones.

It can take a little time for them to gain weight - if you have some chick starter she may like some of that. It's a higher protein and packed with nutrition.

It sounds like you are doing all you can for her right now - I hope she continues to improve.

Today she looks very lethargic, she barely keeps her eyes open when I try to keep her attention. I will probably cull her tonight if she doesn't improve. I'd still like to know what caused this

If you cull, a necropsy may help you to figure out what caused it.
