Ivomec has always worked very well for my birds for worms. I saved a few young ones that got worms this year using Ivomec. There is always the chance that parasites can build up a resistence to any wormer.

Matt

Today she stopped eating, I have been hand feeding/watering her with a syringe, a mix of growing/finisher crumble, eggs, milk, applesauce, corn, grain, yogurt, and a bit of poly-vi-sol.
I just dropped a few drops on her skin of the Ivomec, and I ordered the Valbazen to give to her in 10 days if she makes it.
Im starting to really think its worms due to the stunted growth, I really hope not!
How often should I be feeding/watering her?
She is very thin, I can feel every bone in her, and im not sure how much I should be feeding her?
Her poop still looks normal.
I have taken to carrying her around in a blanket all day since this morning when she stopped eating, I think she has been enjoying the attention

and even if she dies tonight, then she dies happy right? T_T
Anyway please let me know if i should be doing anything else...

Since 3 others have died previously, if she dies I would recommend having an autopsy done by a qualified poultry pathologist. You need to find out what is killing your chickens before all are affected. Good luck with the diagnosis.

Very true... do you know how I can find a qualified poultry pathologist near me?
Do I just go to the feed-store and ask around or Google?

Oh awesome, thank you very much!
I hope she wont have to have an autopsy but just in case thank you!

I am pretty sure Ivomec will not work for lice. But does a great job for mites.
Use Sevin dust for lice.

Well they have been dusted nonstop every ten days, but i can try it again in 10 days again!

just pulled out the Micrscope and did a fecal on her, she is infested with roundworms!!!!
Is it to late for her or is there something I can do that will keep her going?
Will the ivermec do anything for the round worms?
Is there any hope at this point???
