Their shipping timeframe was just fine, and wouldn't have harmed the eggs in the slightest unless they froze. Now, if you paid for overnight shipping, and they 3 day shipped it, then you have every right to be angry and demand a refund because of the money you paid for a service that wasn't done.
I am actually a participant on the grocery store hatching thread. It's quite a lot of fun, and I'm currently incubating 4 eggs that I bought from Whole Foods. Three are on day 5 and have visible development. It's quite amusing, and it'll be facinating to see what kind of chickens they hatch out.
