Okay. Bear with me here.

Regarding app users: I believe there is some coding error that is making the app use flash to run certain YouTube videos

Regarding mobile browser users: I think, along with the app problem, certain users either have a funky update or a PLUG-IN that, again, is causing the video to be run by flash

So two separate issues. Why one video? I’m wondering if it’s not the viewport coding Cyprus posted about. Certain videos are slightly compressed or otherwise altered in the uploading process and thus being read differently by the app/browser.

So kind of a YouTube problem but mostly not.
Solution for app users would be to fix the app’s coding.
Solution for mobile browser users would be to test on different browser. (If using FF or default browser, download chrome or otherwise) If it works on different browser, then make sure original browser is up to date and then find a way to access your plug-ins/add-ons and disable all of them. If it still doesn’t work or it’s broken on ALL browsers, then I don’t know.

Prove me wrong so I can keep trying to narrow this down. I’m not sure how to compare YouTube video guts but that would be a step.
