Video: Silkie cock with curled neck HELP EMERGENCY!!!!

Thanks.

We had a hen who couldn't walk or eat for months. We stuck with her and now she's fine. It took a loooong time but she pulled through. Provided he doesn't go backwards overnight, I think this will be ok. I suspect he'll be living in the house for 2 weeks to a month. He's super strong and in good weight.

Does he have a vaulted skull? Back when my hen had wry neck, a lot of the research I came across suggested that silkies are much more prone to head (brain) injury that results in this type of wry neck because of their vaulted skulls (in Silkies that have this feature). The skull does not completely close over the brain in some cases, in adults. Some folks have had silkies bump their head just a little, just the right way, and this was the result. Some have had a full recovery and others, not.
