Violete Peafowl

Yesterday i saw some photos for European violete peafowl, and they were awesome! My question is, are European violete peafowls same as Sonja's violete in America?

I can see big differences between them, and as i know UPA only listed one color for violete.

Where did you see pictures? European Violettes have come up several times before with only minimal photos/proof. If you are looking at the UPA photo, someone is going to have to post a bunch more photos with larger surroundings to prove that true color to me. Call me a skeptic.

I am doubtful as well as it looks photoshoped to me, but I am with AugeredIn I would want to see more proof and photos from various sources to know for sure.

Some of the photos were photoshoped better than others. in several of the photos the background colors are altered looking so they definately messed with the photo's coloring is what it looks like. The hay color is off, the white on the peacock's face has purple tinting, etc.

I agree most of the photos we are seeing in google are photoshopped, but the images he sent me i'm sure they are not!
