I set them on a Friday night three weeks ago, they were supposed to hatch last night or today. If they aren't out by Tuesday morning...

I candled the eggs, they both have large air sacs, I'm not sure how big they're supposed to be.
One of them is only half black, like a decomposing chick.
The other one is all black, minus the big air sac, except for a small spot on the side it was laying on. Is it alive?

The last egg is dead.

I noticed raspberry had mites last night. So I dusted her and her eggs and the nest. Is it bad for chicks to breathe dietemacious earth?
I'm glad I saw the mites before the chicks hatch and before she goes in lock-down tonight.

One of the three eggs that were supposed to hatch Friday/Saturday hatched last night. Raspberry didn't keep it under her and I found it laying next to her dead.
