Brahma is 100% hen, That Orpington looks like a hen to me, but it could be slow developing.

Can you take another picture of the egg yolk? There are so many reflective glare spots all over from the lighting that I'm not even sure which white spot is the blastodisk

I’m not home but I removed the glare spots to make it easier to see.

oh wow, I didn't even see that spot the first 3 times I looked at your picture... that's a toughie, I feel like if it was fertile it would be more obvious, but I'm not convinced either way

Honestly, I would say for the time being you could assume your other chicken is a rooster. Not that it definetly is, but at the moment, if it's really fertile, there's surely no other way.

Having raised buff Orpington pullets, I can attest that not a single one had that large of a comb at 6 months. Or ever, in their almost 2 years of life.

Here's what I say: Incubate the next few eggs. A week in the bator should give you an answer.
The Brahma is def female. Been there too, raising Brahmas in the past.
