Can you take another picture of the egg yolk? There are so many reflective glare spots all over from the lighting that I'm not even sure which white spot is the blastodisk :barnie
I’m not home but I removed the glare spots to make it easier to see.

Honestly, I would say for the time being you could assume your other chicken is a rooster. Not that it definetly is, but at the moment, if it's really fertile, there's surely no other way.

Here's what I say: Incubate the next few eggs. A week in the bator should give you an answer.
The Brahma is def female. Been there too, raising Brahmas in the past.
