Yeah, I have him and his mom in a 30 inch X 30 inch cage in the basement with a heat lamp set up. I'm more worried about my doe, Little Girl. She stopped eating and drinking so I gave her a teaspoon of vegetable oil. She is drinking now but not eating much and when I pet her I can prominently feel her backbone, hips, and ribs :(

Aww I hope your doe gets better. :'(

Anyways, we have snow falling, rabbits in the mudroom, chickens cooped up with 'hurry it's cold' hay insolation. Found an egg buried in the hay while making insolation. Chickens have plenty of feed, and warm hay to lay in.

Now if only the dumb rooster would stop taking advantage of the hens not being able to run.

Me too.

We have probably 5 inches of snow or so, both chicken coops got almost a whole bale of straw. They keep pretty warm. Some of the adults decided to have a "slumber party" in the younger ones coop, LOL
