My guess is a dark fishing spider, though could be a wolf spider. Harmless, unless you have a reaction to spider bites.

These hang out on my broody coop and are HUGE. Their eyes reflect my flashlight, which is creepy.

I was gonna say wolf spider. But I wouldn't say a wolf spider is not harmless!!

Most spider bites aren't going to do much (besides cause panic) - essentially only the reclusive spider species (widows, recluse) are have medically significant venom. Difficult to tell from the spider's condition in the photo - but I'd guess Dark Fishing Spider as well... (possibly Carolina Wolf Spider)
