Virtually no progress!!

Duckling started hatching around 3:00 pm. it is now 6:45, and there is pretty much no progress.... help needed? or do I leave it alone?

No it dosnt need help I would leave it alone. From 3-6.45 is only 3 hours 45 minutes and hatching from initial external pip to actual hatching can take 24 hours give or take. Your duckling will now be resting getting used to breathing air absorbing yolk sac and blood vessels. Sorry but you will have to be patient hatching is a long process. Good lick with your hatch
