Vitamin B12 deficiency...

There is also sublingual B12 liquid, you just put a dropper full under your tongue and let it absorb right in. I've never been tested, but I sure feel much better when taking B12. Right now I use B12 dots.

I take Vitamin B complex every day...it definately helps with the tiredness....and is good for the nervous system...for me its a lot cheaper than shots at the Dr's ouch!....

We get extra B12 from nutritional yeast flakes (the old hippie way), plus it's found in dairy and eggs.

Nutritional yeast flakes can be found in the bulk section of many health food stores. It's yummy sprinkled on toast, mixed in with egg salad, sprinkled on popcorn, etc. It could give you a boost and may be easier for your body to absorb than a plain old vitamin supplement.

I take the B12 dots plus a few other vitamins in attempt to combat my Vitiligo. It's an auto immune disorder which causes my white blood cells to attack my skin pigment cells which gives my these lovely white patches all over my arms and face. One of the problems with vitiligo is difficulty in absorbing B vitamins. I have been bad and haven't had any blood work done, but I am tired a lot, so I figure it can't hurt. I am terrible at keeping on a vitamin schedule and will go thru month long stretches when I don't take them. I always associated my headaches with stress - guess I really need to go to the Dr.

They are called Sublingual Dots and you can find them in the vitamin section. They are dissolved under the tongue and absorbed into the blood stream.
