Vitamin mix for water?

It is SO HOT where we live right now that I'm wanting to give my chicks and chickens some extra vitamins and electrolytes during these hot days. I saw this and wanted to see if anyone has used it before? And if they have any opinions on this? If so do you give it for a couple days then go back to fresh water or how is the best way to use it? I have 3 week old chicks and a couple month old chicks. One 3 week old chick i just noticed her throwing her head way way back to drink water only and am thinking it may just need some extra vitamins. She eats and is active, seems fine besides laying its head on its back when drinking, so if it is a very beginning of wry neck I'd rather make sure I give her some extra vitamins now before it progresses, if it is anything. I need something easy that I can put into the water. Any suggestions?

I haven't seen this one. I just use hydro hen and kicken chicken
