Hello, I'm new to raising chickens and wondering if this is normal behavior. She was being way more vocal then the others.

Is it at night? It looks like she may be making that noise when breathing, which would not be normal. Does she do this all the time?

Agrees...it does sound like restricted breathing rather than a vocalization.

Nah....too regular, quiet, and 'steady' to be a crowing attempt.....
.....can hear noise on both inhalation and exhalation, one louder than other.
