One of my hens, about 4 years old has been vocally panting at night. Only at night. The coop is clean and well ventilated. Her crop, eyes and nose holes are clear. Her wings are in normal position so it doesn't seem to be heat. She isn't panting any harder or faster than the others just very vocal
    Any ideas

You can't just look at one behavior and figure out what's going on. Taken alone, your hen simply has a breathing phenomenon.

Observe her during the day as well as at night. How does she behave when in the run? Is she alone a lot, in motion or spending a lot of time standing in one spot? What do her poops look like? How much is she eating? What do her feathers look like? When was the last time she laid an egg?

If you think she may have an injury or is sick, you need to go post all her symptoms on the Injuries and illness forum for help.
