I bought a 16week Sussex pullet two days ago, I am not sure if her comb is swollen and she has lice and dihrear. She is active and eating normally for a pullet. Today I noticed she is bringing up clear mucusy liquid. What do I do? I am freaking out!

Please post some photos of the pullet and her poop. If you can get photos of the inside of her beak that would be good too.

You say in your title that she is Vomiting? Is water/fluid leaking from her beak?
What is her crop like - is it empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?

Not sure if the comb is swollen? Show photos please.

You had another one this past week that you mentioned had bad breath and runny nose? Did that resolve? https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/urgent-coryza.1355237/
