In answer to who saisd I need to go to, Etc. I did but it wouldn't open. It said the file was damaged. I have a current Adobe reader since I work for a magazine. I was able to open the file when Coyote sent it to me another way and was able to open the geko and print it but some of the other patterns did not open. They also said "file damaged" In either case I got it and have copied it and have already washed my fabrics. I'm good to go.

Ok, I've decided NOT to participate. I could probably pull off the machine applique, but when it comes right down to it, I just don't have that much use for a gecko quilt.

Our style is pretty eclectic but I was trying to picture the finished product and I can't think of anywhere I'd really need it. If anyone does a pieced block swap in the future, please feel free to PM me about it -- I think I'd enjoy that a lot.

We did a swap last year with some of the chicken blocks they have on the site. Every piece of my chickens were scrap fabric. Then I used neon green, golden yellow, apple red, and shocking pink to do the appliquing. You couldn't say they were drab for sure!! LOL I've got a lead foot on the pedal and really need to learn to slow down around the curvey parts.

CM I am doing ok just trying to get things together again. Got a new grandbaby coming in August and was really worried about that for a few months she was so sick she broke ribs getting sick. I will have to get my printer working and try one of these before I would think of committing myself will let ya know in a few what I decide. How about you I been keeping you in my prayers for months now hope all is well. jean in MI
