waiting for this turkey to hatch...

I know the feeling about hatching turkeys....I am right there with ya. One fo my hens sat a nest a few months back, when the poults started flying out of the pen, I grabbed them up and sold them. THIS did NOT make her happy...so she promptly laid another clutch of eggs...15! She hatched 4, and left the nest...2 were rotten, so I braved getting in there, and took the remaining 9. So far, 6 have hatched...3 to go. They DO seem to take forever.
I have to tell ya, One of the first hatched turkeys. I have is a chocolate...I got from a BYCer. She(hopefully) is VERY friendly..and luckily only about 3 pounds so far. When I go in the pen, she flies up on my shoulder. Hope I can break her of this before she gets to be about 20 pounds!! LOL

its not going well, it cant stand very well or walk much but has been improving a bit from last night but there is something wrong and it is week. I dont want to cull it and it does not seem like it is suffering, so I am going to try to nurse it a bit and see.

don't cull it, sometimes they just need a few days to build strength. It might be fine in 3 or 4 days.
