Walking/Running Thread

I’ve been walking a lot lately. Been trying to walk Brewster twice a day but sometimes we only get out once a day but I’ve been trying. Right now it’s kind of dangerous out but maybe this afternoon if the wind and rain dies down we might get out today. But yeah.

That's great! It's been so windy and chilly here (the hose was frozen this morning!) neither Dorie nor I have wanted to be outside...

Oh wow!!! It’s been sunny and warm here lol mostly. There’s been a lot of rainy days too. But the sun has been shining lately lol

I just looked back through my movement history and I get about a mile to 1.5 miles a day that’s more than I thought i expected more like .5 miles a day.

Looking back through my step history on my phone, I can tell which days we don't walk "all the way to the sign." We usually walk Freya to the stop sign which is about 7/8 mile from the house. If it's icky weather, we go out to the mailbox, which is a 1/4 mile.
