Unfortunately I didn’t have my phone on me because of the mud and water, so I don’t know how many steps I took. But it took me an hour to complete, and a normal 5K takes half that. Plus it was like 95°…

I walked for about 40 minutes with a friend's dog on Saturday and some more on Sunday, it was enjoyable but this week is supposed to get really hot
