I can't say 'we've all been there '..
But some of us have..
Here's something someone told me to do once..
Get a photo of you at your ideal weight, and put it on a small mirror, and any time you're having a low day and feel overwhelmed about making an effort, just look at That mirror and admire what you see.
It's not vain, or self centred, it's training your mind to see what you want and should be. Don't look at yourself in any other mirrors (learn to see with your mind)

After a while, you will always see your true self and as the pounds drop off, the day will arrive that you will see yourself again for real:)

I did that method for 2 years when I first lost weight, when I used a full length mirror, I didn't realise I was almost skinny. The only time I use a mirror even now is when I dye my hair lol
I always knew when I lose weight because my jeans don't stay up properly lol
 
I've been constantly walking around my property since 9am. It's now 12.34pm an I just sat down for the first time today. Haven't got the counter on today, I use it most days but as every day is the Same, I don't need it.
I'll use it next Saturday an see how many steps I do in 9 hours at the market
 
I went on a ~3 mile sock walk with one of the pups. He was happy but my socks where not lol
