Walking/Running Thread

It’s 37° with a feels like of 30° I have to walk in it

We’re gonna start doing longer and more fast paced cardio inducing exercise walks and less stop to sniff/pee every five second walks LOL we both need the exercise. We being Brew and I. and Brew is on a diet LOL

The last 6 days while fighting this cold my steps have been only averaging around 5,000/day. There goes my yearly average.

I’m gonna take Brew on a hike tomorrow LOL

Took Brew on the small loop this afternoon. And this morning we did a short walk and turned around.

Also walked to CVS twice lol

I walked twice today including part of the trail
