I’m going for a walk. There’s a bunch of stuff about 1.5 or 1.6 miles away. Mostly interested in Dunkin, CVS, 7 Eleven, or Cumberland Farms (really good gas station/convenience store). But there’s other “center of town” type stuff LOL and I think a pizza place LOL

I actually look forward to my walks now, I got past the point where it felt like a chore or an obligation that I had to go do. I especially love my walks on the days that I drive to a nearby park that has wonderful walking trails through a heavily wooded area along a stream. There are inclines, varied terrain and, best of all, nature everywhere. I find myself keeping a good pace and the time flies by (and looking towards summer it will be cooler to walk there with all the shade)....I do an hour without even feeling like it.
I did learn, though, that now that the weather is nice, my Saturday walks may need to be neighborhood walks as the park also features a disc golf course and WOW is it popular on nice weekends! Some of my favorite trails to follow are the ones of the golf course because they go deeper through the trees and on the more interesting terrain.
