Want to plant a dedicated chicken garden

This has all been fantastic feedback and very helpful. And to think there is a plant called "chick weed".... perfect! Will start planing this weekend! Thanks to everyone.

I second all the people who recommend kale. My chickens love it, and it overwinters really well here (I live in CO) - I just put a little mulch around the base of each plant. I love being able to dig a salad out of the snowdrifts, I'm sure you and your chickens will too!
