My hubby wants some really dark eggs for eating. So I decided to get him a few Maran hens. A rooster wouldnt hurt either. Just cause I like roosters too lol. But mostly just looking for hens. Please email me photos, your location, and price. If the hens are already laying I would like to see photos of the eggs as well as I am going for the darkest eggs I can get.

Finally decided which ones I like most. But if another variety is offered Im likely to take them. Cause so far it seems that its just the rooster in these two varietys that I liked. The hens didn't really matter when it came to color.
