I already posted this in the other New Year's thread, but mochi is a traditional Japanese New Year's food. I made a batch yesterday that was ready to toast this morning.

wings and fries....sauce is a bit of habanero buffalo, roasted bell pepper buffalo, and kickin wing (private stock) with franks and a pat of butter! Mr muddy’s is butter, franks, with 1tsp ladykiller (private stock)

He has changed my name of his sauce from ladykiller to MDK (murder death kill from demolition man) it’s REALLY but not as instantly bad as some commercial sauces......I’ll leave it right there he did wear gloves tonight and said that the teaspoon in the milder sauce mix was just the right amount of heat (soooo far)
