If keto is too difficult I highly recommend carnivore. I went carnivore a couple years and eased in other stuff. Im GF by proxy and I noticed a huge difference overall with that too. It’s so nice not having bubble guts all the time.

The keto diet doesn't induce ketosis in healthy people & is very difficult to follow because it's so very unhealthy. It's a good thing that ketosis is so difficult to induce because it is NOT a healthy thing. The carnivore diet is fine if you respond to it well. We're not all the same. It works (a somewhat relaxed version) very well for me.

Rosie's turned out amazing, and though Teddys was a bit short on his head it'll grow back.

We're really thinking about getting Daisy now. I think she would be a great fit. Just have to convince my dad.
It'll be a family dog but my brother will mainly be responsible for her.

I ate better than I have in a while, I moved a lot more, I worked (dog sitting), worked on the coop.
