Cardi B... first time I ever saw her or heard of her she was interviewing Joe Biden. Appalling, shockingly ignorant individual (Cardi B, I mean). Absolutely NO self-awareness or sense of decency or self-respect. :eek: I can't begin to imagine why his handlers would pair him with that poor creature for an "interview." :idunno
Cause she’s popular and famous and they figured it would get views or voters? :confused: 😂🤦‍♀️

I would starve to death because I don’t usually go to bed till at least after midnight 😂🤣 usually later. I actually need to work on that too. I’ve been going to bed earlier lately though because I’ve been so tired. When do you go to bed? Maybe I could start my not eating a few hours before I go to bed. And having a consistent sleeping time might help too
Force yourself to get up with or before the sun. Let your birds out and enjoy watching them for a while and make yourself some breakfast. Then do it again. YOU WILL FEEL BETTER. I swear. And you will also get used to going to bed earlier, thus having less of the most snack-tempting time of day to get through. ❤️

I do like morning whenever I have gotten up early, it’s peaceful and everything for sure, but that might be a little too early or fast at least at first to go from staying up almost that late to getting up then 😂🤣 but I am definitely going to try going to bed earlier and then maybe I’ll naturally get up early. ❤️ And no going back to sleep anymore either 😂🤣

She's popular? 😳😳😳 I figured she must be, but that fact alone is truly terrifying. As the saying goes, "Oh the humanity!" And it kind of IS like watching the wreck of the Hindenburg. 😢

Y'know, Oh Silly One ... being overtired can cause your "thyroid" symptoms, too.

I propose an experiment. Force yourself to have a normal bedtime and wake-up time. Use an alarm clock for both, if you have to, but make it real and stick to the schedule. Eat normal meals - no special diet, no late night binging, just normal meals and snacks. Do it for two weeks. Three would be better (it takes 21 days to break/set a habit,) At the end of that time, report back with your findings. I'd lay money on most of your "symptoms" being under control.
You think I'm kidding or being smarta$$ with the suggestion, but I'm not. I did it back in my 20's and it changed everything for the better. I've slipped away from it, but I think it's time to do it again. It's tough, and I don't know if I can ... but I'll try if you will!

Yup!! She has millions, even billions or close on some, of plays on her songs and millions of followers on Instagram and Spotify.
