I would start by closing all of those chrome windows, then clear cache.

I don't think its a browser, it's an add on that sits on top of a browser.

Adblock is an add on. I use it with firefox though not chrome but still on an android phone.
I will say it is the only thing that has stopped the ad shenanigans completely though.

That many Chrome tabs makes my computer and my phone behave *very* badly. Closing all of them out, and I think that symbol means there are more than 99, should improve performance.

That symbol does mean there are more than 99.
I have 113 open tabs in my chrome browser and 20 in my Adblock browser and my phone works just fine.
